Mother always called each of us on 'the eves'; one year back in (was it) '88? i complained about a minor setback::: her advice: "we have to take the bitter with the sweet"'.
We take our bitter with brut tonite.::: unsweetened chocolate is designed for baking, snacking notsomuch::: that notwithstanding, munching on real chocolate 'cleans the mind's palate'. brut champagne is designed for pleasure, sweet notsomuch. it is def sweeter than bitter chocolate
